I bought a 1988-99 Citation 190 cuddy last year as my first boat, It was laid up for around 3 years, here's what I've done so far:
Emptied and cleaned fuel tank, removed floor and replaced with 3/4" marine ply, new carpets, new starter motor, new plugs, leads and fuel...
