    NEED HELP

    I have a 70hp Johnson.When I am out fishing and I stop for a period of time with the engine in the down position it will not start up.<br /> If I leave the engine up it will start just fine.<br /> Any imfo on this subject that may be the cause of this problem.<br /> Thanks
