I’m lost at this point. I bought a new motor/pump and the fitting are smaller. I ended up trashing the old pump before realizing I could of swap pumps. How can I go about getting this fixed without buying a new pump.

Quick and simple question... I have a 110Hp V6 Evinrude motor that went out on me and I can't find another used lower unit with the same HP and whatnot, the question is can I put a 145HP lower unit on it and ifso, what problems could occur????
Please help... a local business boat shop f***ed me...
