    Mercury 9.9 4-stroke 2000 won't start

    My 4-stroke Merc won't run. It will usually fire two or 3 times on a pull, but won't stay running. My Dealer tells me it's clogged jets, and wants $200 to repair it. Can the jets be removed and cleaned without a huge project? Any suggestions?
