    can eney one help me with a 1967 50 hp merc 4cyl two strok that willnot idle down ,it idles about 800/1000 to fast to put in gear .i haved removed the throttle plat with ajusting squew and the disturber is all the way back to the stop and it looks like the throttle plats ar closed all the way...
