    Which manual is better? Seloc or Clymer?

    Have a manual question? Who's manual do you think is best,...SELOC or Clymer? A friend of mine suggested I go on outboardbooks.com and get an original Johnosn service manual for my motor because he thinks Seloc and Clymer leave out some information. What do you think?

    What is this little knob for?

    I have noticed on my 1970 Johnson 9.5 HP motor that there is a knob that adjusts for low and high speed(lean/rich)settings. What is the purpose of this knob? Never seen anything like this on an outboard!
