I'm getting around 53-54 volts at the green/white wire at all three coils while jumping battery voltage to the connection on the starter solenoid that has the yellow/red wire (ignition). Motor cranks...

Very strong cranking;
Removed bullet connector inside switch box = wire circuit - black with yellow stripe;
Jumped across starter solenoid to crank (with Key-on);
With all plugs removed tested one at a time with ground...
