i looked at my prop and there are no numbers that i can read . i have a 83 mariner 150 and when im at wot i reach 5000 rpm i am wondering if anyone knows what the stock pitch is on the prop. i was told that i could rev up to 5400-5500 with no problem. plus i would like to get a new prop anyway...

i just got a 1982 regal xl180 with a 150 mariner engine, is there anyone that can tell me if this is the original engine.thw ser#6231646. i ask this so when i need to order parts i can tell them the right engine.Thanks
