    Shifter/Throtle is very stiff to move.

    Hello All, I have a 2000 Crest Pontoon with a 2001 evinrude 2 stroke which runs out great, but the shifter/throtle is very stiff to move or alteast it is stiff IMO. Is this normal? it almost seems that there may be a cable twisted or something, but everything looks ok. Does it need lubed...
