    Tach Wiring Connection

    Would like to hook up a tach on my 1983 Evinrude 75 hp. Model E75STRL-CTE. S/N 0271432. What is the wire color in my harness for the connection? The Tach was from a 3 cylinder Johnson. Thanks

    Merc 115 Power Trim - Motor runs but cylinder does not move

    1987 Mercury 115 in line 6 power trim motor will run but cylinder does not move. I checked and it has fluid. Is there any other test to do to find the problem. Thanks

    115 merc not starting after warmed up.

    S/N OB286521 Year is 1988. When I start cold I pump the fuel bulb and it starts instantly and runs great. Shut it off after its been run for a while and it will not start unless I pump the fuel bulb till it gets firm. Starts instantly and runs great. I have just install new fuel line and bulb...

    Lube a Mercury Tilt Tube

    Is there company that makes a lube nut for greasing the tilt tube. Davis makes a Lube II with a grease fitting that fits on the end of the tube but the threads are different for the mercury.<br />Thanks

    Tach settings 115 merc.

    It is a Teleflex Tach.<br />On the back it as a switch to select different signals? What should it be set at for a merc. inline 6? It is now set at 32.<br />Thanks

    Battery Cables 115 merc.

    Battery cables were missing on 115 in line merc.<br />The neg. appears to go to the stud on the starter motor for ground. Where does the positive connect to?<br />Thanks

    I purchased a used control (1990 vinatage)that does not have a key. Is there any way to get a key without replacing the switch?<br />Thanks
