    Gear Oil Leak

    I have a 1970 Chrysler 55hp I pulled it out the other day and got it started after running it i noticed small leak on the lower unit. Seems like there should be a screw or pin in there. I'm changing the gear oil out now and don't want to add anything if I need a pin or something. Thanks.

    Johnson 4W71D Start problems

    I have a Johnson 4hp motor model is 4w71D It takes alot to get it started when it is running it's fine. When I stop it it's hard to start again. Any advise what the problem might be? Carbs were cleaned and fuel pump is good.
