95 pro v 150.... 120 compression on all cylinders.... oil disconected....... problem is motor jumps out of hole like a rocket...its on a 17foot bullet.... but i hear a slight click and it bogs down... in 3 seconds , click it gains power.. 3 seconds dies, ets etc as long as stay above idle ...
