Every now and then my motor is not producing a steady pee stream. The problem comes and goes during restarts. Example being I start the motor and there is a healthy pee stream that stays consistent during that rung period. Next restart it may produce a weak stream that stays weak...

I think upper shift rod A (number 15) is the threaded rod hanging down that needs to be connected to the lower shift rod (number 10).
I think I need to spin the joint (number 11) off the lower rod and thread it all the way on the upper rod...

At WOT im only reading 4500 RPM's. My motor seems to be running fine and the tach is measuring the correct RPM's while the motor is idleing. Could my prop be causing my motor to not reach the potential WOT RPM range?

Just wondering how long these things last. I know it depends on the environment of the tank but im just curious if they all eventually rust out and leak.
