After my first test on boat today I noticed the gasket between the power head and lower unit is leaking. How do I replace it.. not sure what needs to be removed and what doesnt. Also noticed quite a bit of milky whiteness to the water when I took off. Figured the lower unit is taking on water so...
I recently got a 1954 Johnson QD-15 10hp SeaHorse from a friend and its missing the recoil starter. I cant find one anywhere. I have found a guy with a recoil starter from a Johnson QD-16. The flywheel looks identical to mine... im afraid to purchase it without knowing for sure if it will work...
