I have a crazy problem My 96 polaris wont go over about 20 with the seat on.
If I take the seat off it runs fine. I am thinking it an air flow problem.There is a 3 inch intake tube under the front hood. I checked it and there is nothing
in it. I checked the air filter and it is complety clean...
