    8 HP Running Problem

    My '88 8HP Evinrude has always run flawlessly. Started it this weekend and it started rough but ran at medium speed. When I tried to run the RPM up, it bogged down and quit. Restarted it and it would rev up as long as the choke was pulled out 1/2 way. Still wouldn't rev up to full RPM...
