115 Suzuki two storke late 90's think 97. Had red oil in pump, drained and put in trim a tiilt oil. Now it wont move at all. I was told to lift the engine, open the fill plug and fill, close the plug and lower, raise and repete several times. This would prime the system. It still wont work...
