We have a 1996 Mercury 40 HP, 3 cylinder 2 stroke, on a 16 foot hull. We went out a couple of weekends ago and it ran great! Now the last 2 times we have gone out, it starts to bog out on acceleration. It idles no problem, and revs up in N no problem...
