    460 king cobra wont start

    started right up when i unwinterized it. oil pressure is good fuel line is good put when i put it in the water it started right up untill i put in in gear.it seems the trottle gets stuck. i used wd 40 a the cable put it still wont start back up.what should i do? thanks
