On the last two photos you can see the gap from bottom going up and getting bigger so I’m wondering if fiberglass it until it’s thick enough?
Or do epoxy with 406 and some fiberglass broke into it and paste
i compressed it to the inner and already fix the gaps between the wood.
Wood is water seal with west system epoxy and fiberglass.
I gonna get a better picture to explain my dilemma to how to fill the gaps I’m talking about

Transom was rotten middle mostly side was not as bad but I broke it off.
Planing on making a cut in the front to check floor but it feel solid old owner hit the motor and crack the transom with the two bolt clamps so water got in there.
