    help with lower unit removal

    trying to remove lower unit on a 1990 johnson, 120hp. I have the lower unit unbolted and it has droped about 1/2 inch but somehting is holding it from dropping all the way. Is it the drive shaft? If so, how do I disconnect it??? blisstate@gmail.com

    my hydrolic tilt and trim leaks fluid pretty badly around shaft, how big a deal is it to fix? Is it a do-it-yourself project or is there someone you can send it in for rebuild? I have 1990 Johnson 120hp

    help detatching motor

    I am wanting to rebuild the saddle and tilt and trim on a 1990 Johnson 120hp. For starters, I need advice on detaching the motor from the saddle. It looks like it is a matter of 6 bolts, two at the top steer arm shaft and 4 at the lower unit rubber AY Mount. Is this all that is required? The...
