We have a 99 model Larson 186 SEI F/S with a 99 model Johnson 115. It runs about 40 mph with 3 people @ 5000 rpm. Not sure what max rpm is, but I think is 5500. It has a aluminum 14x17 prop. Problem is as the kids get bigger (growing up) it getting harder to pull them up on ski's. Losing a few...
We have a 99' Johnson 115 that runs great over all, but last summer it began to sputter "sometimes" @ close to WOT. It also seems to have lost its grunt pulling up skiers and tubes. Changed plugs, and fuel filter. We can still use it, its just frustrating not have the power we once had. Any help...
