    Convert 9.9 HP to 15 HP

    I have a 1992 Johnson 9.9 HP. I have been told by several people that I can convert it to a 15 HP by simply changing the carb jets? Is this all there is to it, or do I need to change the entire carb. What about exhaust and plugs etc? thanks mike
