Never had a kicker, but a must in that I will be going on bigger water with kids. Need direction on how to mount.<br /><br />Have a 40hp Mercury on the above boat. As the boat is a somewhat narrow width at the transom, concerned about how to mount. Ideal would like to get a 9.9hp 4 stroke...
Boat dealer said they are the same; Yamaha head and Merc lower on both. Just paint, covers diffrent. Haven't seen this on the many posts I've read. Any one know for sure? Thanks in advance.
