I hope someone could help me.I have an 1973 65hp johnson outboard and when I try to troll I put it in gear and rpm cuts down and quits.But in neutral it revs good .When I give it more trottle it runs fine,but to fast.I had a marine tech tell me to up my jets in size.Does this make any sense?Also...
