    Bad Coils ?

    I have a 86 225 vro, have weak spark on all 6 cyl's, (real hard starting)Checked stator and ign. boxes, both appear good, got a new coil and tried it on each cyl,have good spark on all 6 with a new coil. What are the odds of having 6 bad coils ? Can something else cause the coils to go bad ?

    I have a 86 225 vro, it has very weak spark on all cyl's, but good spark when I tested all cyl's with a new coil, I am going to pull the flywheel and check the stator as advised in a previous post, but what I am wondering is could a bad stator have caused the coils to become weak ??
