    81' Mercury 115hp I-6 Carbs question

    I cant find a diagram for my carbs. I bought this boat a month ago and have been having issues with it bogging down when on the water and want go over 2500 rpms. The bottom carb does not have a have the flap on front of it like the other 2 does. any pics or opinions will be helpfull

    85/86 Mercury 115hp I-6 bogging issues..NEED SOME HELP..

    Runs good hooked to water hose but when I put it in the water it will not go over 2000-2500 rpms. Changed plugs and wires, Just bought the boat and old owner told me the oil mix which seemed crazy 4.5oz/gallon. I have checked the exhaust tube for clogging.
