    need help with dt 140 exuast

    I need to know on a dt 140. were does the exaust exit when it is jet pumped. i think that all the exaust comes from the hole right below the engine on back of motor. is so has any one ever tried to make some sort os exaust baffle to reduce noise

    suzuki dt 140 does not charge

    ok so my motor does not charge the battery at any rpm. i ohm checked the charge coils and they check at 3 oms for both of them. checked stator and can light a test light in 1 diection but not in the other. on both legs of the diodes. but when i mesure across the diods it reads like 10000 oms...

    :confused:motor sounds very loud on take off about mid througtle. also so loud that u can not have conversation while boating at all. i am thinking about tearing the exaust tube off to to see if it warped. i am very afraid of how many bolts are going to break off while i do this. so i was...
