    Hello, I was looking into a boat with a 1999 200 Offshore Merc. What is the difference in the Offshore edition and an EFI or the optimax? were those other models available in 1999? Is this a good engine? What kind of parts might breakdown or regular maintenance? Thanks guys!

    1979 Mercury I6 90HP WOT?

    I have a 1979 90hp merc on my Swiftsure Power Squadron (which is the exact same boat at Glastron cvx-16). I am running a 17p aluminum prop. I got 42 MPH at 5000RPM. I believe the diameter on it is 13". I get out of the hole extremely fast, even with 4 adults in it. Any recomendations as for...
