    Anyone know vintage merc 1000's

    I have 2 motors both merc 1000 1969 100 hp merc 1000 from what I can tell BP model? 1964 100 hp merc 1000 from what I can tell E model? are the bottom ends interchangeable? And does anyone know the difference between them if any?
