    Force 50 impeller change

    OK, i read over the Impeller change thread in the FAQ's, and it sounds like that is pretty similar to my 50. Is there anything much different than that to look for? How do you remover the rubber boot and collar at the top of the drive shaft without messing up the boot?

    Just bought an 89 Maxum 1700 with a Force 50. It starts and runs pretty decent, but seems kind of underpowered and like it's hogging some gas too. What all kinds of things could cause this?
