after engine coupler, gimbal bearing, belows waterpump replacement!
Now that... seams that i have water intrusion in my lower unit
Any idea of were that water can come from else that drainning or top vent hole that are sealed

Update!! the coupler on the engine was broken! Thats why the propeller turned when the shift lever was put in foward position!!
The engine was swapped on that boat and was not aligned !!
That the main reason why the coupler snapped!!!
Any how after unexpexted $$ so far its seem to runs good...
yes the selector was in drive gear, i was able to unscrewed the nut before removing the prop, it just that was surprised that prop turned when i have unscrew the nut.
Any how the stern drive is removed i received my belows and bearing i will instal them probably after work this week

Any one can help !! trying to find a used caburtor, i am only needing the top part of it , the inlet sleeve was stripped in the body!!!! The carb was rebuilted 2 year ago!!! Was running fine until that stupid thing happened!!! :mad-new:

Compression at 125 to 135 on 4 cyl
new spark plug gap at 0.35
timming set at 2 BTC
cap rotor spark plug wires seems new
