    Changing lube in lower unit

    I have a 1994 Mariner 115. Changing the lube in the lower unit. This motor has two vent plugs up top and the drain plug below. The front drain plug is locked...cannot get it loose. I am afraid i will strip the plug or break it...rusted tight. Can i change the oil with just the back vent plug...

    Haunted 115 Mariner?

    Have a 94 115 mariner. A few mo back, the key could not turn the motor off..had to disconnect with the kill switch. Recently, when I would try to start the motor but it wouldnt fire, there was a humming noise that would continue for a few seconds, then shut off. Friday, I fired it up, ran it...
