I ordered a kit with bellows and seals.
There are 2 different kind of exhaust tube/bellow in the kit.
I think to reduce noise as much as possible the bellow would be better.

Finally, we could not find the reason for the overheating of the OMC 454 engine with the king cobra drive on high RPM. I put a brand new Volvo Penta 5.7 GI into my Chris Craft 282 Crown.
The boat runs good with the same prop previously used on the 454. Just max rpm is about 300 lower.

In the intake manifold gaskets from the OMC king cobra 454 there are 2 removable metal closing caps to close the exhaust channels which goes through the heads. Now I have 2 different versions. One is with a small hole and one is fully closed. Which one should be used?
