I have just bought a 1977 crestliner nordic 22 in perfect shape and it runs like a top but it only goes about 25MPH It has a175hp V8 and the RPM only goe up to 3000!! I was expectin at least 40MPH is this a prop issue or a cabel issue or both ? also after the ingine has been runing for a while...
