I replaced the impeller again in addition to the entire pump housing and seals (none of which looked bad. I also replaced the thermostat and while everything was apart I flushed out the back flush with compressed air and water as well as the tell-tail hole. Put it back on the river yesterday...

Update: hooked up VesselView today and ran it on the hose for a few minutes (it’s terrible weather in Ohio today). No faults were triggered so to anyone else reading in the future with the same shake/vibration as of today it looks like we’re good 🤷♂️.
Yep plan to change oil this weekend and have new low pressure fuel filter on the way as well. Is there a trick to removing the clamp on the fuel rail to remove that filter?
