After not using the motor for 4-5 weeks, the hotfoot needs to be depressed twice before the motor will fire. The fuel bulb is hard and problem is not present if using the boat within a two week period. Quickleen is used and only 93 octane. Any suggestions as to where to begin? Thanks for any...
