I have a 1956 Johnson 5.5 hp motor that my dad had it refurbished in the late 1990's (new hoses, spark plugs, etc). I ran it for awhile around 1999 after a complete engine overhaul - maybe 10-15 hrs of operation - then back into storage it went when I bought a bigger boat. My 16 year old now...
