One of my tilt cylinders is leaking on my 1980 80hp Mercury. I figure it's just a bad O-ring. But I can't figure out how to remove the cylinder end caps. It has 4 small holes on it. Does it screw out, pop off, or do I need a "special" tool? I need to know before I just "banging" on it! Can...
