When traveling at high speed (if you consider 35 mph high speed with my 70HP outboard :)), my engine suddenly shuts off. It will restart, only to shutoff again a little later. I have been told that it is "probably" a fuel issue, and that I either have bad gas or a plugged fuel filter...
