ok where can i buy the black hi pressure fuel line the comes after the vst tank and the med pressure filter. what psi is this line. regular automotive fuel line, OK or not? is it yamaha dealer item ? and can i get it by the foot?
is it worth it to even rebuild these pumps, or just buy new ones. I've looked at the diagram , how do you test them? what are the symptoms of failure?

the battery cable is corroded with green and black wire inside the yamaha cables. it still starts but i am wondering if the corrosion might be causing problems with the hpdi electronics on the motor itself... do i have to use yamaha cables or can i make my own

i have a temperature gauge on the boat ( its not hooked up) but would like to know where to hook it up on the motor? the motor is a 2001 z150tlrz 150hp HPDI 2 stroke. also where do you connect for a water pressure gauge?
what the best way to hopefully slow down/reduce the corrosion and pitting that is occurring on the of the aluminum part of the trim ram assembly. it sits in salt water. anodes are all in good shape and there is nobody docked nearby. its not leaking but if i don't do something it will.

OK i 've followed the service manual and have read the posts. Yet when try to replenish the tilt trim reservoir it spurts out more than i can put in. i had to replace the electric motor, after i did that i attempted to bleed the air out only to lose more fluid. Its got a lot of air pressure...
