Started my 1998 Bayliner 1950 with 3.0 mercruiser today and noticed water leaking right below the carburetor on the engine. I let it run for a while and all gauges looked to be ok.
1. Can I run the boat with this type of leak if it's not overheating and oil pressure stays good?

I am assuming the 21 is the pitch. I tried measuring the diameter but I am afraid it is not accurate as
