    Yamaha 200hp LCD Rpm not working

    Hello, I just replace my old Tach and Speed gauges. Replace for the same LCD type found used in good condition. I can't get the reading for RPM's. The wiring has a two blacks one connected and one not. Can anyone help. Thanks
