Hi just some quick suggestions - I'm in the process of repairing a 74 9.9 evinrude. I've got lots of spark and compression is fine. I believe it has the 15 hp carb in it. The engine burps but there is no gas getting to the carb. I'll take out the carb (novice) what should I look for?
