Need to replace the whole Transom drain flange and the plug. Problem is is that the diameter of the hole in the transom is about 1 1/4 inches and the flange that was in there is almost the same..actually its about 1 1/8 wide. The New ones are 1 inch wide and dont fit properly..Its on a 2003...

Hve the 5.0 MPI with the water sending unit on the thermostat...I finally got all the system hooked up...Riseres and all...Ran it on Muffs and Tempo went to 140 and dropped...A good sign I guess... Put it in the water to run and ran for 1/2 Hr but the Temp neverwent past 100 degrees..Im hoping...
