No, it's not new.I just put on a brand new carburetor And temp sensor on it and didn't know if the mixture was off. still get a little after run every now and then
the water here is 92 degrees. Crazy hot. The running temp on the boat at 3k rpm is 175 with a 160 degree thermostat. When i speed up it rises to 178 is that ok?
What rpm in gear do you suggest? Will shutting off in gear do damage? This is a new mercarb oem. I replaced the thermostat with a 160 as the one i took out was the same. You always seem to know a lot. I appreciate your wisdom
The piston was kinked and wouldnt retract and the bottom of the front pad rubs. I removed the brake assy and the other 3 are good i dont go far or hills so hopefully all is good. The rear seal leaked and got some on the drum also
I.
Have a trail star dual axle. Replaced all the pistons that were leaking, new bearings and races then blead fluid. It will pull fine in the morning at 95 degrees but when coming home i have brake smell and harder to pull. Is this an adjustment ussue or brake oil is overheated?
