I have a 1999 15hp evinrude 4stroke that won't stay running. I have tried almost everything cleaned carb, new fuel lines, new plugs, and cleaned fuel pump. It will start and run about 3-4 seconds then die. I can wait a few seconds and start it again with same results. Need help done reached end...
