Sorry, I'm not much of boat mechanic. I bought a Fastwin 18 and fuel lines go into the fuel pump and then out of the fuel pump the line goes into a port under the flywheel (like an intake manifold). There is no line to carb. It actually started and ran for 8 - 10 seconds like this. My question...
