    Yeah give or take. Turbo gassers are typically a little worse yet. When they replaced the 330 with the 340 (smaller boat all around) they managed to get the triple yama bangs to do 1.00 mpg at cruise. Mind you that was nearly 10 year newer tech and a boat that was 10000lbs lighter.

    I've seen it both ways, people say they got significant fuel savings with them perhaps from older 4 strokes which were not anywhere near as efficient as the current crop is... and less than stellar results. Like everything else, highly hull dependent imo.

    When I removed all the water logged foam on my boat I expected the thing to float higher. It did not. :LOL: I recall discussing the CG change a while back. How much did it move? I feel that's going to dictate quite a bit. Then all the extra beer storage is going to effect the angle as well.

    Marine gas gauge shows less than empty.

    When full or near full my old sender would read empty empty on the gauge. I'd pull it and check the resistance sweep with a meter and then go from there. It could also be a bad ground... I assume this is one of the units that grounds through a staple in the gasket?
