Finally seem to have my mercruiser 3.7 running good... But... When I take it out on the water it runs great for about 20 minutes then dies like a kill switch was tripped. Is there anything on these engines that could be heat sensitive? Seems to die after it warms up. Engine is in a 1989...
Just in case anyone else ran into the same problem as me ... the fuel pump for the 7.5 is discontinued, but you can use the one for the 8hp. Just put mine on and works great!!!
